Pizaaaaaah!

D came home with a contraption for cooking pizzas in the garden yesterday so we thought we'd give it a go tonight. I made the dough and managed to roll out 4 (very thin) pizza bases and piled on the toppings. We hadn't thought through getting the loaded pizza base into the oven but somehow D managed it using some BBQ implements and a plastic chopping board and hey presto, amazing home made pizza. There's a certain amount of indigestion inducing bobbing up and down in order to feed 4 of us as you can only get 1 pizza in the oven at a time but it was worth it.
In other news, Poppy has landed the part of Helena in the school production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. She's delighted and we are very proud.
