Light Me Up!

My youngest daughter went to University in Southampton and after graduating stayed there to work. She was head-hunted for her last job by B&Q in their restructuring of stores, dealing a lot with redundancy, and she quit as she didn't like it.

A few weeks ago she started on staff at a Six Form college in Southampton; a big cut in wages but she's enjoying the new challenge and I could see the change in her. One of her jobs is putting together the new prospectus and she knew just the man to get the photo's she wanted ; this included aerial photographs and portrait images of the very lovely Principal.

The main blip photo is of student's in the science lab doing a rather eye catching experiment...and enjoying the danger! Another photo I liked is in the extra of a student in the recording room playng piano, with a superb reflection of accompanying guitar player.

Afterwards we headed into Southampton city centre for a few bevvies and I met up with her live in boyfriend who joins the Royal Navy shortly. A lovely man.

Late evening I set off on the return journey home, the roads busy with the Bank Holiday traffic, but I didn't get stuck in any jams - so a good day was made even better.
