Ludlow

This morning Chris and I visited Ludlow. I've been before but a long time ago and that was just a flying visit with small children so I'd never explored the place. Like Shrewsbury there are some lovely Tudor buildings and a lot of independent retailers. It has a certain olde-worlde charm  and is famous for its restaurants but it's not quite on the scale of Shrewsbury and I was a little disappointed. The Saturday market was worth visiting and I've been told that there's a lovely walk with a great view of the castle but we didn't find this unfortunately.
