Wide Angle Wednesday : Shapes

With the right angle, the shape of the domino pack is returned to a rectangle. 

So, a simple question for you - what tile is to the left of the double top tile? And for those with too much free time, which tile is turned over?

A virtual pint to the first person to get the hard one... and summer must be hiding under one of them; it's certainly not showing up outdoors...
