Bloomin lovely

Todays cooking delight was a little experiment.

A very good experiment which worked well.

Very soft inside, cooked perfectly, a little discoloured but apparently normal for this method of cooking a jacket potatoe.

I used the slow cooker. Googled and carried out the instructions to the letter, apart from covering with olive oil cos we have none but my fry light was ok with salt, pepper and wrapped up in tin foil. Bang em in the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours. No need for any other fluid.
