Sunny evening at Lamberts

After a fine day with a very cold wind this afternoon came through sunny and warm and at Lamberts Castle this evening the cattle were munching away at the grass in, what was, the defensive  trench of the Iron age fort that stood here.  We and the cows seemed to have the place to our selves.
