Piston broke

I'm not judging the man, I've been both although not usually at the same time. 

Another run and whilst it didn't feel any easier, I was 27 seconds quicker than 2 days ago so I guess that's progress. I really must learn to drop the boys off at the splash pool before I go running though (1) because it's not very comfortable discovering that you need to do so a couple of miles from home and (2) it's equivalent to running with a rucksack full of sand strapped to your back - a small rucksack granted but it would have been full to the brim; trust me.
