What a view!

Thomas was invited to a school friend's birthday lunch/chilling in the garden/get together and the mothers were invited too - as we don't often see each other!

So while the boys were mucking about outside, eating pizza and playing football, the mothers were sitting inside enjoying a ladies' lunch of chicken and salads. This is the view from their garden - it is quite a view!

We are now home again and Gavin, Thomas and I are going in to the village for supper. I think the weather is getting much better for the weekend - the last two days have felt like winter!
