Bergen

Several things went right today. On the flight from Manchester, we sat near the front of the plane and were almost first off. On the plane from Heathrow, we sat at the back. When it landed at Bergen, they announced that we would be disembarking from the rear door, so we were first off.  Bags arrived in the first half dozen. We got a taxi straight away, in the evening heat of Bergen - 23C. At the hotel, we opened the blinds and this was the view across the harbour.

We then found a restaurant that brewed its own beer. This was the view from our table. It is a fabulous City, buzzing with Friday night life, tall ships,  street art by Yatzy who just may be the Norwegian Banksy and, as luck would have it, a new example for my Unique series.
