My Newest Planting......!

Just planted yesterday morning and looking good today in the sunshine AGAIN....!
Not complaining about that....but beginning to wonder if we are really living in Ireland at all.....as we have now had over a week of fabulous weather....?
Anyway in one of my cookbooks I found a recipe for baby courgettes with flowers attached ...the flowers stuffed with a cheese mixture and then gently deep fried...sounds lovely..
So I decided I'd best sow a courgette plant...
I've planted it in deep farmyard manure and am hoping to protect it by using the weed matting..
Last year due to rain my courgettes rotted ...!
