Wait for Me

I lifted too much during the week and ended up with compressed nerves in my back..... Very painful and debilitating but when you know what it is and that it can be cured the pain seems much less intense.

We managed Mount Usher Garden in Ashford but I was slow.... I told Fluffikens on this, our photo day out, that I would send her this song...as I could not keep up!!!!! :-) .....just saying
