Assault and Battery

I had to pinch one of D's photos today as, and you'll know this if you've seen his blip I was a bit busy throwing myself off high walls and crawling through mud to take any photos of my own.
A great day, good fun but SUCH hard work!! I thought I was reasonably fit until I tried this. At one point I pretended to get stuck at the top of a very high wall and the (young, fit, handsome) instructor came and rescued me.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
