Happy dog

This is her post long walk, thank goodness we made it to the coffee shop, I am such a West London dog, face. Cute huh?

I am so tired but as my weekly step count is tipping 130,000 I'm not that surprised. Plus the up and downy and up again stress levels of today...though perhaps in reverse order. So J and A had a big and hilarious water fight in the garden, and then J had a big down which took most of the afternoon to recover from but...more significantly even though we had friends round for a BBQ J came down for a late evening good night.

My folks are here as in too few hours Carlos and I are off for a ridiculously short visit to Spain. So be warned for a gratuitous beach shot.
