What a lovely day:-

Today in the Isle of Man it is called "Mad Sunday"  That is the day when there are no TT Races and the riders practising has come to an end.

In years gone by the TT course was open to general traffic and on this day ordinary motorcyclists would ride as fast as they could, hence the name.

In more recent years that has been replaced in part by more organised events, including this one.  This picture of motorcycles on the TT course shows a small part of the thousand plus machines that did one lap of the course in what is now called a "Legacy Lap" in other words it is to commemorate and remember all those who have lost their lives in the TT Races.

Not only were the riders and their passengers enjoying themselves but also the local spectators.

You will be pleased to hear that Fozzie Bear was riding one of the cycles along with several other well known characters!
