Revived Clematis.

V asked to me to photograph this flower as I don't often photograph cultivated plants.

The background story is that after the winter V thought it was dead so she chopped it right down until there was nothing showing above ground.

But, surprise, surprise, after all the adverse weather we have experienced this year the Clematis has flourished as the blip shows. She has had the plant for several years now and this is the best it's ever looked.
