Siesta at the Fiesta

A beautiful morning, infact it was probably too hot really but there was heavy rain and thunderstorms around and it really looked like I was going to rain so for the rest of the day I was on tender hooks wondering whether or not to cancel our outside, extended Brownie session.  do nt normally let the weather defeat me but if it had been extreme weather then I would have cancelled. Luckily we were able to carry out the whole of our Fiesta with the rain causing just minor problems which we overcame.
Great fun had by all especially dressing up in the poncho and sombrero ( a real one Mike had brought back from Mexico years ago.) The highlight was trying to break the Piñata , not as easy as it looks but we eventually broke the donkey to reveal the prizes inside.
