Elk and Grouse

Much cooler now and showers. This was the best view to date of elk and of the male. They didn't appear to feel threatened when we stopped to look. And a few minutes later a grouse on the side of the road. We are sat in a rustic looking cafe (it's made to have this look) which is pleasant and warm. It's next to a supermarket, very handy and even better it has wifi.
