Blue flag irises...

...by the pond on Wooler Common. Beautiful, especially in the evening sunlight. We were planning to go elsewhere for our dog walk but, once in the car, MrM went on to autopilot! Oh dear, third evening in a row of flower blips from Wooler Common - need to widen my horizons!

Back home for a meal before MrM left for yet another practice, this time with the jazz band, at that bar in Berwick. An evening of domestic bliss - no, far from it chores in store for me...
