Not Derelict
At least, it's not supposed to be. On a morning walk with Maddy, I happened upon the owner of this garage. He explained that a commercial vehicle driving up the alley caught the front roof corner (undamaged and visible on the left near the telegraph pole). It lifted the whole garage off its foundation and pushed it about a foot forward. The result at the back of the garage you can see.
The truck and its driver departed the scene without stopping. No one got the license plate before it had disappeared.
