Is it August?

The Royal Mile resembled August in full festival mode this afternoon.

Earlier we had notification that Ruby has won the subject prize for her year in both Art & Design and English, which is a great recognition of all the hard work she put in. Plus she might believe us now when we tell her how fantastic her work is.

I managed a quick bike ride in the sun, made a few stalling phone calls and then had lunch with a couple of old pals I haven't seen in years. Home for pizzas and deck lounging in the evening sunshine.
