Look what I've found, Mum

We have lots and lots of House Martins nesting in the eaves of the houses round here - and they dart and swoop everywhere. They are SO hard to photograph as they are never still, and never settle.

I did try to capture one going into a nest, but it involved pointing my telephoto lens in the direction of my neighbour's bathroom window, and I thought that might be misconstrued !

Imagine my surprise to see four little ones who had landed on the drive. One of them was clearly very proud of the small twig he had discovered.

Luckily, I had my camera to hand.
