layers of colour pressed
against the concrete

Yesterday at the dentist I noticed the maple leaves had collected at the entrance way.  I thought I would go back today and make them my blip.  The homework for 'A Year With My Camera' is posed as a question: 'What new photograph do I want to take today?'  I decided I wanted to take a simple image.  What is the at the core of the subject, what can I leave out?  Don't know if I'm there yet but hey it's a start.
