Squirrel Blip Friday .....

"Thank you for the peanuts!" He said.

R took a half day off work today and after lunch we went to Housenick Park to see what the wildlife was like mid-day.  Typically we have only gone there in the early evening so we didn't know what to expect. 

It was pretty quiet there this afternoon but we did see several species of birds.  And heard a few others that didn't show themselves. No Baltimore Orioles this time but we did see blue birds, cardinals, robins, red-bellied woodpeckers, grackles, red-wing black birds, catbirds and some tiny little bird that we couldn't identify!

When we got home we had some watermelon and then just relaxed for the rest of the day.  Later on R grilled up some deliciousness for supper!
