Red Arrows

The Big Battle formation (I have been reliably informed) flew over Holyrood Park, up the Royal Mile, over the Castle and out via Festival Square to celebrate the start of the Olympics.

There were other performances by weightlifters, table-tennis-ers, judo-ers and Footloose-ers. Head over to my tumblr pit for a short clip of the fly-over (kindly shot by Mr Marwick). It seems to be previewed upside down, but turns around when played...well apart from that once...hmmm.
