Notes: The pic didn't turn out great but my first look over the water in the morning had a slight rainbow - I took that as a good sign tho not much of the day felt good. Swam laps and then took a trip downtown for my Trader Joe's list. Rest of the day inside, made tofu and veggies in a stir fry for dinner. Emails back and forth with Larry some - he was feeling a bit better, still in hospital.
