Notes: Didn't sleep well and got up late. Did yoga and tried to eat a late breakfast - slightly nauseous all day. Did go out to the beach to walk a bit, found a dollar bill in the water and then came upon these manatees - what a treat as we usually don't see them out here. Went to Al's for a bit when he ordered Chinese but couldn't eat much. Lay awake for hours trying to sleep thinking of Larry.
