Storm Coming

The morning was quite beautiful, even though the weather forecast had been bad for a few days.

We were expecting friends over this afternoon, a life-long friend of The Man's plus partner. We were sitting out on the patio when they arrived and we sat chatting and drinking tea for a while. Then we felt a spot or two of rain.

We decided to move indoors and gather in the washing off the line. Then the heavens opened! I looked out and took the "Extra" shot of the patio where we had been sitting just minutes earlier. Soon there was a moat around the house. No exit without wellies or very wet shoes!

Good job the friends still had a lot of chatting to do. We showed him a photo on our calendar of our Blip re-enacted wedding day and the original photo in my archived blips with him as Best Man. Laughed about how the dress had to be pegged up the back onto my underwear for the recent shot!
