Today has largely been about getting my gear sorted, cleaning lenses, checking the photography plan and nursing a headache that just needs to sod right off.

Weird clouds this evening - the patterns reminded us both of the ripples in the sand when the tide goes out.

Still watching the Olympic Opening Ceremony.

Not normally one for this sort of thing, but I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

Hopefully sleep soon, without painkillers, although I think I am going to have to resort to at least ibuprofen. Soon, I will be fixed.
