Yes, it's 1638 again (sorry)

Regular readers of this journal will know that I volunteer as a signalman and crossing keeper on the Kent and East Sussex Railway. Panner Tank 1638 is my favourite loco and was on duty again today when I was at Cranbrook Road crossing.

I had a trainee with me today who did all the work, so it was a pretty lazy day but it did give me the opportunity to take a shot from a very slightly different angle.

Other than that it was open gates, flag train through, close gates, retire to hut until next train......

Went out in the evening to Chimmichanga's for a meal with friends Chris and Wendy. Had a very good meal there.
