Riverside terrace

A terrace is a rare find in this country. There seems to be not enough space, cars are too many, too loud, too close...and there is a general love for airconditioning (and granted, more need for it too). So when I do spot one, like this beautiful riverside terrace on the Poughkeepsie water front I have to be true to my habits and enjoy it! I ran into this gem while waiting to pick Marten up for the train, and he joined me here for a sunset dinner. Good start of the weekend!
