Spontaneous Spring for Sound

Back in 2013 the first festival we attended here in the US was Millerton's Spring for Sound. It felt like a showcase of the local music school, we felt like the only paying guests, but the atmosphere was great and it felt like it would become big one day, when this festival grew up. And growing-up it did! When we found out this morning it was held again today, we ventured out to three times as many stages, professional bands, and many many fellow paying guests. What a great afternoon! Well done, Spring of Sound!
P.S. It still remains a local festival, with the local rock starring starring in multiple bands that performed, here in the picture on the main stage and with main act The Nice Ones.
