Vestinore Cottage
It's been a rather breezy day and overcast all day. This evening there is a feeling of rain not far away.
It's been a busy day working on the museum desk and plenty of visitors about. I had plenty of jobs to be getting on with too and guided tours as well. I enjoyed a lunchtime walk around Lerwick, breezy :) After tea, me and Sammy enjoyed a good walk about Cunningsburgh and the Mail beach. Mam popped by for a cuppa and yarn later.
Me and Sammy were heading along the Mail beach and headed up for a walk to Vestinore. Last time I was up at the houses here, this peerie croft house had a roof but since has collapsed, it was a danger. A great spot and views from here but the muckle hill Hoofield, towers over and sends into shadows early. Taken at the peerie Vestinore cottage, Cunningsburgh.
