Day 4....
I can't do another photo of my pistons of doom (legs) .. So you'll all have to make do with our angora rabbit Snow....
My knees hurt ....
I know it's self inflicted but just pretend to care and write soothing words to me ...
Last morning tomorrow and I'm going to squat holding 35kg ... Well,that's the plan .... Not once ... But 3 reps taking 5 seconds to squat and that's done 10 times ...
I might take up weight lifting and write a book ..
'Lifting weights for fun' ....Or really a truthful title 'whose stupid fucking idea was this ' ?
