After the paddle

Got out on the water with the wonderful Mammowariors this evening for the first time this season.....holy man it was so cold...and i get so wet from splashing with my paddle....but it was pretty fabulous to be out in the dragon boat once again. i love the gang of women i paddle with and it's always just such a great time. mind you my ass and my legs were aching at the end of the hours paddle...and i felt pretty stiff.

now i'm sitting in a local sports bar, beer and shrimp - not too hard to take.

think i'm gonna be a bit sore tomorrow!!!!
