First Market of 2016!

Here we go...another year begins at the Baddeck Farmers Market!  It was so wonderful, as usual, to see everyone back again, after the long winter months.  Everyone full of enthusiasm, delighted to be interacting again....and usually the first market is pretty slow and non eventful!  Not this one...right off the bat it was busy and exciting!   Sales were pretty good and lots of hugs were traded!

But i haven't acquired my Market Legs yet...pretty tired when i got home, after 7 hours pretty well non stop on my feet is it any wonder!   Had a superb nap, dinner is in the oven....my second attempt at quiche....and a g & t by my side!  All is well at Big Hill.   (except it's so damn cold we've had to put the wood stove on!!!)
