Not Flower Friday

I've managed to put my back out. So its been all I can do to take a photo. Fortunately this was happening practically by the back door.  I fired off a load and this one was in focus. 

I am now standing up to upload this and then I'm off to lie down again for the rest of the day. 

This one is practically straight out of the camera with a slight crop, I haven't the ability to polish it up further.  

Hopefully if I take it easy for a few days I will be mobile again soon.
