EIGHT SAILS

We went to Lincoln city today and walked up Steep Hill (it's not called Steep Hill for nothing!) to the castle and cathedral. We walked round the castle wall and had a good look around the Victorian prison before moving on to the cathedral. They were two beautiful, impressive old buildings.

On the way back we stopped off at Heckington windmill, which is the last eight sail working windmill in the UK.
