Feeding the sheep

This afternoon I went to visit Stuart, who is curator at Ellisland Farm, once home to Robert Burns. After a cup of tea, we went to see the animals - rabbits Sheila and Bruce, various hens, ginger tom cat, a duck called Sid and these delightful Blue-faced Leicester rams who allowed Stuart to feed them by hand. What an amazing place to live (and an interesting place to visit, too).

On the way home I was listening to this song which I think is timely just now.
