I am not a dandelion!

No, I am not, nor am I invasive like a dandelion. I am the Goat's Beard, Tragopogon dubius, and I live all over Kansas and in many other parts of the country. My flower is a bit like a dandelion, but my seedhead is much bigger and fluffier. 

It looks like staying in the 90s through Monday and then it drops a bit into the 80s, which will be a relief. We are beginning to need rain again. We have cracks an inch wide in some parts of the ground.
