Powderkeg Border Morris Team

There was lots to photograph in Bourton today with a couple of Morris dancing groups and some lovely old Hondas (see extras)
All bright and colourful, it would have been great to have the sun to set them off but at least it didn't rain. 
In case you are wondering it is thought that Border Morris dancing dates back to a time when a workers home was tied to his job. So, if the people made money at fairs dancing and playing music they would disguise themselves by dressing in rags and blacking their faces with coal dust.
