Alden Biesen

We visited the castle of Alden Biesen (Belgium) today.

It's a very interesting site.

After lunch we went for a guided tour in the city of Tongeren, where we saw well renovated medieval and Roman architecture and also the interiors of some beautiful churches (extras).

The weather was terrible, it poured all day, but it brightened up our day to see all the enthusiastic football-minded people on the terraces and in the pubs, celebrating the victory of the Belgian team in the match against Ireland..
