Game cancelled

I'm fairly sure that the planned Sunday soccor game was canceled due to a pretty soggy pitch.  I woke this morning to rain and it rained all day.   My daughter and son-in-law braved the weather and came to spend the afternoon with me.  Not only did they have to brave the weather but also the fact that work was being carried out on the rail line which meant they had to get  a bus for half the trip.  We had a good afternoon.
