188 days to Christmas

... or to put it another way,  we are half way.   I expect it won't  be long before 'I'm dreaming of a white Christmas' is echoing around all the shopping centres.

In the meantime, last year's Christmas tree, that has been neglected in a pot on the patio,  has decided to put on a growth spurt.
