there it is - or perhaps i should say, there it was - awaiting me this morning as it began its - glorious awakening into becoming a full fledged blossom - watching an orchid bud open is a process - it doesn't just pop open - oh no - it is a very slow, almost melodious process on the plant - very meticulous with every petal doing - it's job in stretching out to - its full length

truly something to behold which makes me - appreciate the subtle nuances of how nature works - behind the scenes in ways i never fully understand - yet rely upon to help me make it...
