Advertising in Moscow

Not sure if this is supposed to be ironic, but came across this car near our hotel in Moscow ... I believe it is advertising a beauty salon!

What was fascinating on the drive from the airport was seeing 'Migrant in Moscow's' mural . Hoping for some blip snaps !
