June in Wanaka

This is not quite Winter. True Winter days are wall to wall blue with lots of sun and lovely. This is a June day with a building Northerly influence and dreary overcast. The Boss was actually pleased with the day as there is a distinct lack of tourists and the Supermarket was full  of friends rather than hordes of tourists, trying to read boxes not written in their native language and blocking the aisles, impervious to other traffic and rarely polite. He was also pleased ‘Cos he survived his very first visit to the latest addition to the dental scene here “The Hygienist” .
My teeth are pretty good too but that’s down to “Denta Sticks” which I love but The Boss luckily leaves alone.
I feel he may not return….Just a feeling…OK…Right.
There are a lot of other fun things that one can do with $165.00.

Currently the sno scene is a disaster BUT that is also June. 
15 C and rain tomorrow.
