Have we done it?

We won't find out until the morning whether we have won the regional 10K midweek league but it has gone right down to the wire

The last race took place in Stevenage and though fairly flat a tough race 48hrs earlier was very much still in the legs but a nice PB of 37 minutes was nice and a 34th place.

That's 1,000 miles covered for the calendar year and it's now time for a rest... ish. Another race Saturday..
