Another lazy garbage blip but I suppose the point of it is if I ever do bother looking back on these photos in 10 years time it'll remind me how blinkin hot it is. When will it snow!

A 9hr brand strategy meeting, in fairness in an air conditioned London office, was basically it for the day until the gory session in Regents Park in 30 degrees. 8 x 800m efforts left me sodden through but even after a shower back at the office, by the time I got to Warren St I was soaked through in my school shirt again. Everyone starring at the sweaty boy, got home showered again...
