Pie

With the best local organic sweet strawberries!!!!The strawberries are actually red, not white on the insides…these are fresh with a strawberry/sugar/cornstarch glaze put over them in a crust.  The leftover piece from a dinner here last night with 4 friends. ( Blipper Mike and my friend/rowing buddy J- with hubbys-  We three gals have all recently sold our boats so no longer meet at the rowing club…..have to make other dates!.)


Possible for the weekly blip challenge ,FOOD, this week… not a subject I blip a lot :-)    I don’t much like to cook, as some of you know.   I do sometimes like to make fruit pie, and this is a crust one throws together easily in the pie pan. Add a dollop or more of whipped cream...YUM!
