Lincoln Panorama

A view of Lincoln, England, with its cathedral from the top of the tower in Lincoln Castle. Both the cathedral and the sprawling castle date from the late eleventh century, under William the Conquerer. The day could not have been gloomier, with intermittent rain (fortunately not when I climbed the tower).   I'll put up another extra or two tomorrow;  it's late but still no firm indication of the result of the referendum on whether the United Kingdom should leave the European Union. Hopefully we'll awake to find that the Remain side has won.
